1. Shadow the Sportscaster; You'll spend time working directly with JP Peterson. JP brings his vast sports knowledge and contacts to the 1010 airwaves. He’ll go inside the locker rooms of Florida’s teams and find out what’s really going on with your favorite players and coaches.
JP has been in sports broadcasting for over 23 years, most recently at News Channel 8 as their lead sports anchor and Game Day anchor for the Bucs' preseason broadcasts handling pre-game, halftime and post- game duties, as well as sideline duty. JP grew up in Hollywood, FL and attended FSU where he eventually served as Game Day anchor for FSU football on the Radio Network and served as analyst for FSU basketball broadcasts alongside Gene Deckerhoff.
















2. Shadow the Weatherman; You'll spend time working directly with Paul Dellagato. Paul Dellegatto is the chief meteorologist for FOX 13. Paul can be seen weekdays on FOX 13 News at 5 p.m., 5:30 p.m., 6:00 p.m., 6:30 p.m., 10:00 p.m., 10:30p.m. and 11:00 p.m. Paul leads a staff of five meteorologists who have all been certified by the American Meteorological Society. He graduated from the University of Rhode Island with degrees in Meteorology, Geography, and Marine Affairs. Paul is the longest tenured chief meteorologist in Tampa Bay television. He has continued WTVT’s legacy of being a weather pioneer and one of the top television weather departments in the country.
